Wahoo X Terms and Conditions for Promo Codes

1. Using your promo code

1,1 By placing an order using the Wahoo X Promo Code (the “Promo Code”), you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your order.

1,2 To redeem your Promo Code, you must enter the Promo Code when placing your order online.

2. Limits on redemptions of Promo code

2,1 Only one Promo Code can be used per purchase.

2,2 A Promo Code may not be used with any other sales, discounts, codes, or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promo Code state that you may combine the Promo Code with other offers.

2,3 Promo Codes cannot be used with existing subscriptions. Existing subscriptions will need to expire, or be canceled, in order to redeem a Promo Code.

2,4 Promo Codes can only be used once per customer and are non-transferable once activated.

2,5 Promo Codes cannot be used on subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2,6 If it is not redeemed, the Promo Code will expire on the date specified in the e-mail or other communication that includes the Promo Code. You cannot use the Promo Code after this date.

3. Other Promo code terms

3.1 A discounted subscription can be canceled at any time and you will continue to have access to Wahoo X until the remaining time on your subscription has expired. Any new activation after your discounted subscription expires will be at the standard rate for Wahoo X posted on wahoofitness.com at the time of activation (the “Standard Rate”) unless a new Promo Code is used. The Standard Rate is subject to change at any time, at the sole discretion of Wahoo Fitness. If the Standard Rate changes during the period of your discounted subscription, your price will not increase until your discount period expires.

3.2 The discounted subscription rate provided by redeeming the Promo Code will expire as per the terms of the individual Promo Code. At the time the discounted rate expires, your subscription will automatically renew at the Standard Rate unless canceled before the discounted subscription rate expires.

3.3 Promo Codes have no cash redemption value.

3,4 Wahoo Fitness reserves the right to vary or discontinue the Promo Code at any time.
